This 6 day-course will rejuvenate you on different levels, both physically and mentally. You will learn tools and practices that you can use for the rest of your life to enhance your overall well-being.

The lead trainers from the Heartfulness Yoga Academy are coming all the way from India to host a yoga retreat in Vrads Sande Meditation Center in Denmark - a peaceful, supportive environment for self-renewal. The retreat is for everyone regardless of experience. The fee includes training as well as lodging and excellent vegetarian meals.

From sunrise to evening, immerse yourself in:

✨ Guided Meditation & Simple Kriya Techniques

✨ Chanting of Yogic Mantras and Sutras

✨ Talks on Yogic Philosophy and Lifestyle

✨ Nourishing sattvic vegetarian meals cooked by a professional cook

Accommodation:

You will be accommodated in a holiday apartment with your own toilet and bath as well as a small kitchen. You have two options:

  • Shared apartment: 500 Eur
    You share an apartment with a person of the same gender. It is possible to sleep in each room, one of which is a walk-through room. Or you can choose to share an apartment with another person who you want to live with and who is also registered for the retreat. After your payment, you will be directed to a form where you can write who you want to share the apartment with.

  • Own apartment: 600 Eur
    You have your own apartment.

Food: The food is organic and vegetarian with the option of eating dairy- and gluten-free.

All transactions are secured using 256-bit encryption.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your registration, a full refund of the fee can be made up to 2 weeks before the planned start of the activity/first meeting, however, a fee of EUR 20/DKK 150,- is deducted. If there are less than 14 days until the start, the registration is binding – regardless of the reason – and the fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel workshops, courses, lectures & events in the event of illness, or other unforeseen events. In the event of cancellation, it will be possible to find a new date, alternatively to get the money back.
