A workshop at Vrads Sande Ashram 
October 23-26, 2025

This training will be an immersion into learning and practicing communication, as a way to support us in aligning interactions with others to our inner meditative state. Along with the HC sessions, we will meditate and eat together. 

This workshop is suitable to all abhyasis, regardless of how much (or little) you know about Heartful Communication. Registration is limited to 30 people.  It will be held in English. All are warmly welcome!

Rooms:
You will be staying in a holiday apartment with private bath and a small kitchen. You have two options: 

Shared apartment: 1500 DKK (≈ €200)
Share an apartment with one other person. You can request sharing with someone specific.

Private apartment: 2000 DKK (≈ €270)
Stay in an apartment by yourself.


Food: 
The food is organic and vegetarian with the option of dairy- and gluten-free. Please let us know - upon registration - whether you need to meet special dietary requirements, such as dairy-free or gluten free.

There is no separate fee for the HC workshop, cost is for food and lodging.

All transactions are secured using 256-bit encryption.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your registration, a full refund of the fee can be made up to 2 weeks before the planned start of the activity/first meeting, however, a fee of EUR 20/DKK 150,- is deducted. If there are less than 14 days until the start, the registration is binding – regardless of the reason – and the fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel workshops, courses, lectures & events in the event of illness, or other unforeseen events. In the event of cancellation, it will be possible to find a new date, alternatively to get the money back.
